What is included in a DIY Tree Kit?

What size tree do the kits work best for?

Our smaller kit fits a 7-9 ft. tree and our larger kit will fit a 10-12 ft. tree. However, the kits look great on any size tree, and will look fuller if you size up or happen to have a smaller tree. For reference, the tree used in the product images is 7 ft using our "7-9 ft" size.

Do the kits include the tree or just the decorations?

The tree and tree skirt is not included. We only sell the decor for the Christmas tree 

Do your kits look better on a flocked tree or a green tree?

Flocked vs. green is a personal preference. We love flocked trees at Pierse and Pyne but you cannot go wrong with a classic green. If a lot of the decor is green and you would like it to have more contrast from the tree then go flocked. If you don’t care about contrast, you could go green.

Are the ornaments shatterproof or glass?

Most of the ornaments are shatterproof but there are some ornaments that are breakable.

Can I customize a kit or request specific colors?

We do not offer custom trees at this time. 

Is the ribbon pre cut?

Yes, the ribbon is pre- cut

How long does it take to decorate a tree using one of your kits?

Once your tree is fluffed, plan on between 30-90 minutes depending on the size of your tree. (7-12 ft)

Do you provide instructions or tutorials on how to assemble the tree?

Can I purchase additional ornaments or ribbons separately?

We don’t have that feature at this time.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Being a holiday sale, all sales are final 

How long does shipping take, and when should I order to receive my kit before Christmas?

We ship the moment you order and you should receive it within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Can I reuse the decorations in future years?

Absolutely! Unless you want to buy another kit for a fresh new look each year. 😉

Are the kits suitable for beginners or people who have never decorated a tree before?

For sure! Our tutorials are broken into 5 simple steps that anyone can follow.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the seasonality of the products. We do not offer returns or refunds.

All sales are final and a refund will not be issued.
